He committed suicide between May 7 and May 11.
Bengaluru; A 28-year-old saree design worker, SK Intaiz Parveg committed suicide by using a saree tied to an iron rod that was fixed on the ceiling in his house in Javaregowda Nagar.
Noor Alam, the victim’s neighbour filed the case at Rajarajeshwari Nagar Police Station. He was returning home on Wednesday at 10.30 pm when he realised that a bad smell was coming from Parveg’s house. He informed Devendra Singh, the building incharge to call the police.
The police said that Parveg was a migrant worker who came from West Bengal about six months ago in search of work.
M Shivanna, police inspector said that the body had started decaying by the time they found him. The body was taken to Victoria Hospital where he was declared dead. Shivanna said that the postmortem will be done once the victim’s family comes to Bangalore and gives their consent.
The reason for the suicide is not clear yet and investigation is still going on, the police said.
